Overall we were very satisfied with the accomodation. Lovely villa and is bigger than expected. As we were part of a group of ten the space was important and it didnt let us down. Cleaning staff and pool man came mid week to carry out cleaning of villa and pool. Lovely base for our family holiday.

Lanzarote was quite wonderful and in our opinion has some of the best places to eat in the world. The location of the villa would be difficult to access for people with mobility problems as it is at the top of quite a steep hill. We however didn't find it a problem and it was only a few minutes walk into the resort centre. The beaches are beautiful and there really is something for everyone in Peurto del Carmen
We had a perfect family holiday thanks to James Villa Holidays. The villa was all we could have asked for and more. Pool was cleaned twice in the week and we had all bathrooms cleaned mid-week and clean towels provided. Thanks again we will remember this holiday fondly.
This villa exceeded our expectations. I can see how it would be great for a big family or two families travelling together, but it was also perfect for our needs (two couples) giving us our own space. The lower ground floor is like a self contained flat, and the top floor master bedroom has an impressive sun trap balcony, which we loved in the morning and early evenings. The communal space round the pool gave both shade for those who needed it, and sun for those who wanted a tan. The location is great with all of the bars and restaurants in walking distance. Overall a very impressive holiday.
